As you may have heard previously, the PEPC is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (“NAEPC”).  As a member of PEPC, you are as well!


NAEPC serves estate planning councils with goals of excellence in estate planning, education and collaboration.  In addition to providing great networking opportunities, among your benefits as a member are access to:

The 62nd Annual NAEPC Advanced Estate Planning Strategies Conference & Council Leadership Conference was held this year from October 19th to 23rd in Washington, DC at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.  The Annual Conference offers an opportunity to cultivate important new multi-disciplinary relationships while collaborating on cutting-edge ideas and trends. There were a number of nationally renowned speakers, including Samuel A. Donaldson, JD, LL.M., AEP® (Distinguished), Bernard A. Krooks, JD, CPA, LL.M., CELA, AEP® (Distinguished) and Sandra D. Glazier, JD, AEP® (Distinguished).  There also were a number of notable inductees to the “Estate Planning Hall of Fame,” including James E. Hughes, Jr., John A. Warnick (the founder of the Purposeful Planning Institute) and Justin Miller.

On Wednesday night at the conference, during the Annual Estate Planning Council Awards Reception, members of the Board were very proud to receive on behalf of the PEPC the NAEPC Council of Excellence Award!  It was a wonderful evening and we look forward to continuing to deliver excellence in everything we do.

 

The next upcoming complimentary NAEPC webinar is to be held on Wednesday, November 12, from 3:00pm - 4:00pm EST, with Paul R. Greenwood, JD, LL.B., as the speaker.  Program details coming soon.
